How to Forward Gmail Email using Filters.
For those of you who have multiple coach accounts, you have multiple email addresses that are receiving:
Order Confirmations
Coach Recognition Information
Cancellation/Reclassification Updates
Success Club Prizes + Incentives
Account Information Updates
As we scale our businesses, we also scale our problems, unless we have a system to have our back and grow with us.
Today during a focused work block, I decided to master my inbox by building a system that would forward the email from all 6 of my coach email addresses and 6 my coach business centers.
STEP 1 - CONSISTENT NAMING STANDARDS
1st Business Center - coachchelseapearson1@gmail.com
2nd Business Center - coachchelseapearson2@gmail.com
3rd Business Center - coachchelseapearson3@gmail.com
1st Business Center - coachrobbpearson1@gmail.com
2nd Business Center - coachrobbpearson2@gmail.com
2rd Business Center - coachrobbpearson3@gmail.com
For many of you, you will only have one spouse account, unlike Robb.
My suggestion is to name it in a way that makes sense to you. This makes sense to us because it aligns with our account names.
Once we open my 4th business center, I will only be building under my name. Our business centers look a little different because we did not learn the optimal way to maximize income and recognition for the first few years of our business.
STEP 2 - FORWARD EMAILS TO ONE INBOX
Instead of having to log in, log out, and read 6 different email accounts every day, I have forwarded all 6 inboxes to my main coaching inbox.
